2026 - Wray Scarecrow Festival runs from Saturday 25th April to Bank Holiday Monday 4th May 2026.

The 2026 theme is "the G.O.A.T" - Greatest of all time!!

The schedule of events is still being established but here are some key dates:

Sat  25th April:  Scarecrow Festival starts, 10k Road Race (1.15pm),

Sun 26th April:  Car boot (from 8am)

Mon 27th April - Thu 30th April:  Maypole dancing at the School (2.30pm)

Tue 28th April: Fell Race (7pm)

Sat 2nd May:  Giant Scarecrows Parade

Sat 2nd May and Sun 3rd May:  Local  history walks (11am, 2pm)

Mon 4th May:  Wray Fair, Great Ball Race, Local  history walks (11am)
